November 5th 2009—USA Baseball has announced that its Collegiate National Team will face off in a five-game series against Korea in July of 2010. The two teams will face each other at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park on July 17th and 18th.
November 5th 2009—The Tampa Bay Rays have added three minor league coordinators for the 2010 season. Bill Evers will join Jim Hoff as Minor League Field Coordinator, Matt Quatraro will join Steve Livesey as Hitting Coordinator, and Dewey Robinson has been hired to join Dick Bosman as Pitching Coordinator. In addition, the Rays have named Matt Arnold the Director of Pro Scouting and Tateki "Bori" Uchibori an International Scout.
November 3rd 2009—The Durham Bulls would like to thank everyone for participating in the 2009 Habitat Halloween Bike Ride on Saturday. 853 cyclists rode the rain-soaked course while raising over $50,000 for Habitat for Humanity of Durham. Combined with the Habitat Bull Moon Ride in July, the two DBAP-hosted rides featured almost 1,400 cyclists while raising over $75,000. Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 18th in 2010 for the 3rd annual Habitat Bull Moon Ride!

October 22nd 2009—As the gates opened at 6 PM last night the line of people had reached the left field wall as Bulls fans from across the Triangle prepared to celebrate the Durham Bulls National Championship. As Joe Johnson of the Durham Herald-Sun reported, "Once fans started filing in and having Elliot Johnson and Chris Richard sign team photos and various other Bulls memorabilia, the celebration only had just begun."
October 9th 2009—The Durham Bulls Athletic Park has served as a terrific home for the Durham Bulls for 15 seasons. On Thursday, it served those without a home as Project Homeless Connect organized it's third annual event to help the homeless and unemployed in Durham County.
