Bring it Home for Kids!
Durham Bulls Welcome "Bring it Home for Kids" to
benefit the Children's Home Society of North Carolina
Surely, every child is entitled to the essential gift of love, guidance and security of a family. Unfortunately this is not a reality for all children. Since 1902 the Children's Home Society of North Carolina (CHSNC) has been a leading resource in adoption and foster care, providing services to children and families in the need of adoption, temporary foster care, therapeutic care and counseling.
Through the Bring it Home for Kids program you can help a child find a forever family by helping us recruit families, train and support them. The idea behind Bring it Home for Kids is that for every run the Bulls score during HOME games, you pledge one dollar, or you pledge twenty-five cents. With an average of 355 runs at home games the commitment at the one dollar pledge would be approximately $355 or at the twenty five cent pledge approximately $90.
At the one dollar level you will receive six tickets for the game, fireworks and celebration on Friday, May 30 and six tickets again for the game and celebration on Sunday, August 24. At the twenty five cent level you will receive two tickets to both celebration games.
Do you know a business or company that would consider joining the team? Benefits include: (1) listing in the program book all season; (2) thanked on the electronic scoreboard; (3) recognition on the field at both celebration games; (4) tickets to both celebration games for a group outing; (5) their very own Bulls baseball player who will be tracked and at the two celebration games awarded for his contribution to the team scores. Please let us know of any interested businesses.
Sign-up today to be a part of the Bring it Home for Kids team. Cheer on the Bulls while helping find permanent, safe and loving homes for children right here in North Carolina.
